Question How do I place an order?
AnswerOnce you have found and selected your desired items on our website, you can add them to your shopping cart. On the checkout page, always double check your item selection and amount. To provide you with all necessary information and to deliver your order in time to the right address, you will be asked to fill-in your personal information. Once you have paid for your order, it will officially pass through to us.
Question How do I cancel my order?
AnswerAs a customer, you have the right to cancel your order at any time before it reaches the delivery address. If you wish to do so, please contact us as soon as possible via email (info@williamsamsterdam.com).

If we already shipped your order, we are unable to process your requested cancellation immediately. In this case, make sure to return the unopened package to us. Once the package is received back, we will process the cancellation and refund you the full amount.

Question Can I change my order?
AnswerSubmitted orders cannot be changed afterwards. In case you wish to change your selection of product(s) or quantities, we recommend you to contact us to cancel your order. You can do so by sending an email to info@williamsamsterdam.com.

Thereafter, you can place a new order that includes the desired change in products and/or quantities.

Question Can I change my delivery address?
AnswerPlease contact us if you wish to change your delivery address. You can reach us via info@williamsamsterdam.com. In order to successfully help you with the address change, it would be useful to provide us with the following information:

– Full name,

– Company name (if applicable),

– Street name and number,

– Zip code and City,

– Country,

– Phone number and Email Address.

In case the package has not been shipped yet, we can easily assist you in this.

If your order is already on its way, we might not be able to directly process the address change. In this case, we will contact our courier to make the desired modifications to the delivery address. Since this takes some time, you should take into account that a change of address will be accompanied by a longer delivery time. WILLIAMS AMSTERDAM cannot be held responsible for this delay.

Question Where are my products shipped from?
AnswerAll online orders to be delivered to the rest of Europe are shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Question How do I track my orders?
AnswerIn case you ordered from the Netherlands, your order can be tracked via the PostNL official website, using your personal PostNL Tracking Number. If you are from another European country, your order can be tracked via the DHL official website (of your country), using your personal DHL Tracking Number.

Once your order has been sent and was scanned at a PostNL or DHL Sorting Facility, you will receive an email from them containing your package’s Tracking Number and additional tracking information.

AnswerWe currently ship to all countries in Europe.
Question I did not receive an order confirmation email – why?
AnswerAfter placing a successful order, you should receive an automated order confirmation email within 30 minutes via the email address provided by you via the checkout page.

If you have not received any order confirmation while you submitted the correct email address, your order might have been unsuccessful. Yet, if you have been debited in your bank account, you may safely assume that your order came through correctly.

Might you have not received any confirmation email or tracking information 48 hours after placing your order, please contact us. We will check your order and rectify any potential problems.

Question What are the shipping costs?
AnswerWILLIAMS AMSTERDAM provides free standard shipping for their timepieces in all of Europe. In case only accessories are ordered – no timepiece(s) – additional shipping costs may be charged, depending on the delivery country and how many items are ordered.

Express Shipping is available at an additional cost.
