If we already shipped your order, we are unable to process your requested cancellation immediately. In this case, make sure to return the unopened package to us. Once the package is received back, we will process the cancellation and refund you the full amount.
Thereafter, you can place a new order that includes the desired change in products and/or quantities.

If your order is already on its way, we might not be able to directly process the address change. In this case, we will contact our courier to make the desired modifications to the delivery address. Since this takes some time, you should take into account that a change of address will be accompanied by a longer delivery time. WILLIAMS AMSTERDAM cannot be held responsible for this delay.
Once your order has been sent and was scanned at a PostNL or DHL Sorting Facility, you will receive an email from them containing your package’s Tracking Number and additional tracking information.
If you have not received any order confirmation while you submitted the correct email address, your order might have been unsuccessful. Yet, if you have been debited in your bank account, you may safely assume that your order came through correctly.
Might you have not received any confirmation email or tracking information 48 hours after placing your order, please contact us. We will check your order and rectify any potential problems.
