If we already shipped your order, we are unable to process your requested cancellation immediately. In this case, make sure to return the unopened package to us. Once we have received the package, we will process the cancellation and refund you the full amount.

In case the package has not been shipped yet, we can easily assist you in this.
If your order is already on its way, we might not be able to directly process the address change. In this case, we will contact our courier to make the desired modifications to the delivery address.
