AnswerIn case you ordered from the Netherlands, your order can be tracked via the PostNL official website, using your personal PostNL tracking number. If you are from another European country, your order can be tracked via the DHL official website (of your country), using your personal DHL tracking number.

Once your order has been sent and was scanned at a PostNL or DHL Sorting Facility, you will receive an email from them containing your package’s tracking number and additional tracking information.

AnswerWILLIAMS AMSTERDAM provides free standard shipping for their timepieces in all of Europe. In case only accessories are ordered – no timepiece(s) – additional shipping costs may be charged, depending on the delivery country and how many items are ordered.

Express Shipping is available at an additional cost.

Question My order is a gift – can the invoice be removed from the package?
