How can I exchange my order?
AnswerIf you wish to exchange your product for another item, you must return your order (or part of it) within 30 days and place a new order on our website. We do not offer a one-to-one direct exchange policy.
When returning your items, they must be unused and in original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact. All products purchased from our website should be returned to us directly for a refund to be made.

What happens after my iterm(s) are returned?
AnswerOnce we receive your return shipment, the condition of the product(s) will be assessed by us. Processing and approving or rejecting your return might take up to several business days. We do our best to complete this process as quickly as possible.
WILLIAMS AMSTERDAM is not responsible for any lost items during the return shipping. We therefore advise you to use registered mail and provide us with the tracking information.
