AnswerWILLIAMS AMSTERDAM provides a warranty of 12 months for your timepiece. If other parts of the watch such as the wristband or the curved glass – not the clockwork – are already damaged upon receipt, please immediately send us an email with your order number and a photo of the damaged product via info@williamsamsterdam.com.

AnswerThe 12-month warranty period concerns the movement in the watch. Water damage and traces of normal use as well as damage caused by the watch being dropped or hit by something are not covered by the warranty conditions.

AnswerOnce your timepiece stops working within the warranty period of 12 months, has not been in contact with water and the battery does not need to be replaced, you may send us your claim. Send us an email via info@williamsamsterdam.com, explaining your case provided with your initial order number. From there we will guide you towards a solution.
