All timepieces and accessories purchased from this website may rightfully be returned to WILLIAMS AMSTERDAM within 30 days of receiving them.

Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact. Returned items will only be processed in case they are in the same condition as how they were received. Only when these conditions are met, the full amount of the purchase will be refunded to you. Refunds are always based on the amount paid during the original purchase.

Please note:

  • Free, promotional products are not eligible for exchange. In case you are returning for a refund, complimentary items must be returned along with the other items;
  • In case you wish to keep any type of free campaign gift despite our returns policy, the previously free item will be charged;
  • You may be charged with shipping costs for returning your items to us;
  • In case your items get lost during return, WILLIAMS AMSTERDAM cannot be held accountable.
